Agroindustrial engineer, Universidad de San Buenaventura, Cali (2004). He began as a project engineer with rural indigenous communities in Colombia, developing sustainable-development plans with local leaders, then worked in Portugal before settling in the United Kingdom in 2018. He leads the conception and technical architecture of ISOBAR, HYGROSTREAM and the Green House Tower.

Business Administrator, Universidad de San Buenaventura, Cali (2000), with more than twenty-five years in commercial management, financial services, executive advisory and project coordination.
He has advised chief executives and a vice-presidency, managed commercial units in insurance and financial planning, and coordinated projects for public, private and mixed-sector clients, including the logistics of Cali's annual Christmas lighting programme. His strengths are negotiation with government bodies, financial planning and leading teams.
He leads Martina & Parra OÜ as Chief Executive Officer: administration, contracts, finance, institutional relations and European market development.
