Vertical greenhouse
Ten storeys of cultivation on circular tiers around a central lattice mast, with irrigation fed by gravity from a tank at the top.
Growing upwards instead of outwards frees farmland, which is returned to forest.

MP-SCI brings the group's technologies together in one self-sufficient settlement for a minimum of 100 families, generating an estimated 232 jobs.
The settlement is laid out like a Renaissance ideal town: a central square with a fountain, a ring of shared services, and 250 homes in garden crescents divided by six tree-lined boulevards.
Around the homes, a working ring holds the vertical greenhouses, orchard, community gardens, park, water and energy.
Because vertical cultivation needs a fraction of the land of field farming, 56 ha are returned to native forest around the town and along the river, crossed by walking trails.

A circular home of about 110 m², inspired by the bohíos and malocas of Colombia's indigenous peoples. A stone plinth and laminated bamboo columns carry a steep conical roof in thatch-textured panels; a glazed band below the eaves brings in daylight, and a ventilated crown lets warm air escape. A rural settlement needs at least 10 ha, including its reforestation area, and can house up to 500 families.
Concrete-block walls under a tiled hip roof, with two bedrooms, living area, kitchen and bathroom, and open space on either side of each house. An urban settlement needs at least 3 ha for 250 families.
