A closed hydraulic process for the generation of electrical energy from pressure differentials
1–3 MW per module
Design target, subject to engineering validation and a physical proof of concept.
ISOBAR guides water through a closed conduit shaped to create and use differences in pressure. The controlled movement of the water drives a turbine and generator.
Modules are designed to be installed alone or in groups, where site conditions and permits allow.
These are design aims. They become claims only once measured and independently verified.
The next step is a physical test rig at 1:50 to 1:100 scale, instrumented to measure pressure, flow, torque and electrical power, with an independent review of the results.
| Patent | UK application GB2603682.2, filed 18 February 2026 |
|---|---|
| Applicants | Dan Capriles Parra and Martina & Parra Limited |
| Target output | 1–3 MW per module |
| Work completed | Concept geometry, claim structure, prior-art analysis and CFD studies |
| Next step | Test protocol, turbine selection and a scale proof-of-concept rig |
| Commercial models | Feasibility and site studies, project development, licensing, module supply and long-term energy contracts |
Performance depends on turbine selection, structural design and measured results. No output is claimed until demonstrated.
